Is this a skin condition, red dots on my penis head?

Hello, I have noticed a few red dots on my penis head since a few days. They come and go but since yesterday I got one a little bigger than the rest. Generally they are not that big.

I dont have itchiness or pain. Also no discharge, but Im a little worried. This morning I had more red dots after showering. Right now I only see the big one and two smaller, not connected.

Should I test for stds? Or is it unlikely. My last sexual exposure was with a condom so my penis head wasnt exposed. Anyways Im starting to worry. imageimage

I read it could be balanitis, could you help me?
