Is this a skin tag or something else on vulva? Pics

I have had what I thought was a skin tag on my vulva at the top. It seems overnight it grew and turned white. it burns a little. Has anyone had anything like this before?![image](https://patient.azureedge.net/forums/images/upload-sm/1345295-637428036013917148.jpg

I have had genital warts before 15 years ago and have had HPV with Cervical lesions removed 9 years ago with a LEEP. I am always HPV positive at pap smear and have abnormal pap as well.

    if you have HPV and have had warts in the past it is quite possible its another wart. It really looks like an HPV wart, and they can appear after years of having none show up.

      Thank you for the reply. I figured it was an HPV wart. The ones I had 15 years ago were very different, itchy and alot of them. But I am always HPV positive in my pap smear, so figured probably HPV related. I see my gyno Dec 28th. not sure the treatment for warts now. 15 years ago it was a just cream that worked for me.
