Is this a STI/STD? Please help I am really worried

i am really worried if this is a std, im too embarrassed to go see a gp about this. Please let me know if anyone knows what this is

Dear kazuhira,
These are just sebaceous (oil) glands. They don't need to be removed or treated, as they are there for a purpose, which is to keep the skin supple and hydrated.
