Is this a terrible herpes outbreak?

This started a few weeks ago and this is the worst its been, ive been to the gyno so many times and im waiting on a herpes swab test to come back. I took a blood test and it came up negative but its herpes i just know it. Has anyone else ever had an outbreak this bad? My discharge is kind of yellow and smells like bacteria, my labia are swollen and scabbing, and i dont even know what to call the whiter areas of skin in between and on my labia and there are some single sores or whatever theyre called, in addition to lesions in between my labia and the rest of my vulva. Please lmk! imageimage

ive been taking antibiotics for two weeks on top of Valtrex or whatever the herpes medication is that starts with a 'v' since this past Thursday, so a few days short of a week.
