Is this a varicose vein?

A couple months ago I started doing more exercise and i went on a strenuous walk and the next day my leg was like this, since then it's been getting worse and i can feel the veins, my leg also hurts at times and i can feel a twinging pain, i sent this photo to my doctor recently who told me that it wasn't a varicose vein and looks healthy??

I don't believe it, I know this isn't normal, I also feel as though i have bad circulation as i got spider veins on my legs and get cold feet and pins and needles often

Does this look like a varicose vein?

My veins have been showing up more all over my body recently if you refer to my previous post, so im really worried 😕

also im female, 23 and weigh 9st
