Is this a wart, ingrown hair, skin tag, pimple? Thanks!

Hi, I first noticed this exactly 7 days ago. These pictures are from today. I had sex with a new partner on April 2nd. There are no other marks, only this one.

It is located in the area to the right of my penis and above my testicles.
