Is this a yeast infection?

sensitivity started 2 days ago with mild symptoms, never had a yeast infection before so i wasn't sure what it might be until the day after when intense itching began. Cottage cheese like discharge as well. Today the white patches started and that's what's worrying me the most. is this normal? What does it look like? It looks like my skin is peeling and when I wipe there's a little bit of blood. No pain while urinating though. I have an appointment on the 8th but I'm really scared and I wanna know if I should ask my mom to go to the ER. I mean I don't think I should because it's not an emergency but damn does it look like one.

I'm a virgin by the way. It can't be an STD
