Is this a yeast infection and yeast infection bump or should I be worried????!

my husband and i have not used protection for a while now 2 days ago i went to the doctors as the itch and discharge plus a burning sensation when i pee wouldn't go away. doctor said was a yeast infection and prescribed me 2 pills that i already took, i am kind of worried cause i just saw those bumps inside my vagina today as i checked to see if the pills had worked also are the tiny bumps normal??

    hi, is the yeast infection clearing up ? was or is the discharge odor fishy or more like sweet ? judging from the angle of the picture the bumps may be fordyce spots or VP. All normal and benign. Do you think you can take another pic of the bumps at a different angle ? Are they white or just look like that from the flash ?
