Is This a yeast infection ? It’s been itching and burni and sore for 3 days and I see bumps

the bumps are inside vagina in the middle . is it a yeast infection or std. i am sexually active and use condoms. but i got fingered for 3rd time in 3 days n this infection came. theres also external bumps. i have no fever or vomit or diarrehea. my discharge is chunky white. monistat burned my vagina and made it worse and so did vinegar and water. help plz!!!
