Is this a yeast infection or BV??

I recently had unlubricated & unprotected rough sex yesterday and now my hoo ha is acting up. I know I irritated the heck out of her, and it hurt at times because there wasn't librication I know its not an STI its too soon for that to be the case, but I'm wonder if its BV or A really bad yeast infection. It does not burn when I pee, I do not have any ulcers or warts, I do have VP and it got worse due to this. It itches really bad, and my discharde is like cottage cheese. I am prone to getting yeast infections because my skin is so sensitive. Not to mention the day before I took a shower, didn't dry off fully rushing and put on my underwear... Also rushing my outfit did not dry fully and I put on my damp body suit and my damp pants... I know.. I was asking for it T___T . I Just wanna make sure its not something I should be toooooo concerned about. Because I diiiiid have unprotected sex but the symptoms for an STI are not adding up

    That's a yeast infection. You can go buy some Monistat 3-day or 7-day treatment to clear it up.
