I had something like this before but the cuts weren't this bad, you could barely see them. I did sea salt soaks and used hydrocortisone to clear it up. I got tested for std's and I don't have anything. Obviously for herpes you can only be tested if you have visible symptoms.

also, the cuts before were literally in a different place it was underneath the vagina hole if that makes sense. that part where the cuts are was always a bit itchy and red but these cuts are getting worse

Recently they've come back I think it's been 2 weeks or so and I didn't really look down below until today and I freaked out. i understand that herpes only comes around the time of your period and i dont think mine has been in sync with my period

I don't know if the cuts are aggravated as I have been scratching a lot. The itching isn't THAT bad and neither is it constant but I have been scratching here and there. you can see there's discharge too so idk what this is. I've had the itching off and on since March but it hasn't been this bad until I saw today. please help

ive had recurring cuts from yeast infections before i suggest taking otc medication if you cant see a doctor and see if it clears it up. yeast infections make the skin very dry and if u scratch then prone to cutting. if i get these i put sudocrem on it all day, sleep with no underwear and DONT touch or scratch at all
