Is this a yeast infection or something else?

ive been known to have bv and i feel as if im almost always having reoccurant yeast infections. my discharge is white and thick, there isnt a smell, and theres moments of strong itching. ive continued to masturbate and have sex, and just noticed these sores on my clit. theyre uncomfortable but no burning sensation, theyre white until i gently rub my thumb over the thin skin and it reveals a red spot now. any idea?? ill try to send pictures

      it looks like peeling skin which can be a reuslt if a yeast infection. Do you have clumpy discharge?

      Yes. itch thick and white and i just recently saw a tiny bit of blood. but i also believe thats from continuing to have sex even though its uncomfortable and irritated/ swollen. im going to refrain from sex until this is cleared
