Is this a yeast infection? Please help. No itch

Hi! I was freaking out that this may be HSV-2 but it has been 6 days and no sores have developed.

I had a lot of thin, mucousy white discharge until I took the AZO YEAST INFECTION medication. I've applied hydrocortisone cream and that has helped with the burning and general uncomfortableness.

I also took my second DIFLUCAN after taking one on Tuesday (so it has been 4 days) and symptoms have stayed the same.

I also tried my first round of MONISTAT 7 last night and woke up because it was burning my vagina.

NOT sure what to do next. is this a yeast infection? thanksFile size is too big

It is not a yeast infection if you have been doing all that stuff with no change. The discharge looks normal to me but since you dont normally have it and are experiencing burning I would say that it is likely bacterial vaginosis, or it could be an STD of you are involved in unprotected sex. I would visit a doctor to get a proper diagnosis and antibiotics if required
