Is this all anxiety?

I've suffered with anxiety for years (I'm 19 now) including a stress disorder, GAD and health anxiety, recently I've started feeling shaky a lot of the time, which I know is a symptom but I don't know if it's meant to last for days. It's making the anxiety worse and I keep doing what I shouldn't, and looking up symptoms, although anxiety keeps being one of the results I'm worried I have something wrong with me, even though I'm told it's exhaustion and stress related. I've been tested for anemia a bunch of times and it's always been fine sad

I'm worried about me or my son being ill pretty much 24/7, I've always been a pretty nervous person even as a child, I definitely worry about everything a lot more when I get these symptoms, but nothing that particular sets me off rolleyes

Make sure you are eating. High protein low carb diet it help mellow out that shaky feeling. I will tell you a secret here happiness and laughing is one of the best cures for illness and disease.your child needs to play and laugh and love the world around him/her. You worry, and yes that is GAD play hard with the child. You do not want this young child to start worrying and feeling something is always wrong. Anxiety is learned as well and this is one faulty coping mechanism you do not want to pass on. You yourself are young as well and you need to seek out anything that makes you smile or laugh. Even with a panic disorder, HA or gad you can still laugh and smile. *If you have depression that should be treated with a doctor. The rest is about a proper clean diet which will bring down your anxiety levels a couple of notches, a lot of interactive play with your child and time for yourself, a massage or a good funny movie. The human bodies are set up to get sick to  build their immune systems so dont be too concerned with that. They know how to heal. As a matter of fact its all the body does is try to get back to its natural state..especially at 19. You had a exam you are healthy so you can freely ignore all the symptoms. Easier said then done but not as difficult as many make it out to be. Many people with anxiety disorders do have ailments as well and that makes it messier but you dont. Therefore over ride it. Learn cbt, get into therapy, play and laugh and take one day at a time. Stop living in the future and dont even concern yourself with anything from the past, you cant go backwards anyway. When i read this i just a feeling you are a sensitive soul, and that lovely and accept it. there is something wrong with you, but it is not physical its in your way of thinking and seeing the world. You focus on negative and scary stuff. Play a game with yourself give yourself one solid week where all you do s validate good things no matter what thought comes into your mind. Tell your thought its going a vacation and only happy, positive and gratiful thoughts allowed. If you start to slip reexplain to yourself this week is only good and positive sorry no room for negative self sabtaging thoughts. Every morning when you wake and every night before bed take five solid minutes of calm belly breathing and noting things that have went well or are good..gratitude it cheers up the soul. Doent matter if you dont feel it at first. These two times of day are hypnotic to the body so they need to be poistive. Wake up be grateful your eyes see, your ears hear, your beautiful child, the comfy bed you slept in..stuff like that you dont realize how wonderful these things are. Not everyone has them. Dont dismiss that, not about comparing its about being hrateful twice a day for five minutes. You easily spend more time then looking at stuff as bad, negative and scary so five minutes twice a day everyday of your life seems fair. Anyway how you percieve life is how it is. You see beauty theres beauty. You see angst theres angst. You cant change over night, its not immediate its a slow and steady way of live to slowly self brainwash yourself back to normal. You can get yourself a cbt workbook on line and learn and go thru it to help organize how you think properly. You have a ton of life left in you, a healthy body and a beautiful child try and see it, embrace it and be grateful for it all. I mean that in the most positive loving way. I know your mind isnt on board yet, but slowly you can do it. Dr. Google is a quack and a tremebdous waste of your time a negative mind will seek out the worst case scenario everytime. Google cbt, eft, things to do that are fun, clean diets, foods for feeling good. Use google for good. Go on pinterest its happier. Look up panic disorder and click remidies..etc..take yoga and you can get classes with your child. Teach this child good coping skills its the best gift you can give both of you.

It's anxiety, I suffer from generalized anxiety and I was put on Lexapro 20mg a few months ago and it has done wonders for me! I no longer fear going out again. I do want to let you know that if you go on an antidepressant, it does take a while to build up in your system so you have to be patient with it and not give up since there are side effects which you will have until your body gets used to it.  Sallt57
