Is this an anxiety symptom?

Does anyone struggle with fatigue from anxiety and can it make you tired mostly? I have been depressed lately and I find it so hard for me sometimes to wake myself up in the morning and I was wondering if this is a common anxiety symptom. I also have health anxiety so I'm really worried about my health on why I been so tired. I usually get my hours of sleep in, and I had blood test done before and my doctor said I'm perfectly healthy. I also make sure to stay hydrated, have enough food throughout the day. But I'm trying to stay positive and not worry about it too much.

feeling tired a lot is very common with anxiety as well as depression.

see if you can get a little exercise which will release endorphins in the brain which will lift your mood.

if your doctor says you are healthy then work on reducing your anxiety. I speak with a counselor once a week which is very helpful! Also some people need a medication for the depression.

another thing that helps is getting a little socialization whether from family or friends. Also being involved in something.

there was a time when I was so anxious and depressed that I couldn’t even get up off the couch. So yes, it can cause sometimes severe tiredness and weakness. Try to stay positive!
