Is this an HPV breakout? (Woman)

hi! 24 y/o woman here. this breakout happened over the course of 3-4 days. ive only had one partner that ive been sexually active with for the past 4 years (my bf). he's been tested and is clean. we both were clean throughout all of our relationships, but i understand hpv could be dormant until a breakout happens. my mother also has a hereditary history of a hailey-hailey disease and that's what's around my anus. if any doctors have seen or if anyone has had hpv before, is this what this is? i made an appointment with my ob/gyn tomorrow but im just trying not to stress about it.
