Is this an infection/inflammation? Worth getting checked out?

File size is too bigI dropped my heater on my foot yesterday and it fell directly on my middle toe. Do I need to go to the urgency room to get it checked out? Does it look infected at all? It's kinda bruised at the bottom where the heater hit but theres a couple small cuts too. It was very red at first but its went down a little, any help/insight would be great so i dont waste $40, thanks! i will try to put it in the comments
