Is this an result of vaginal tearing or something use.

imageimage so me and my boyfriend had sex some days ago and i dont get as wet so everytime we have sex initially it hurts when he first goes in and i always tell him go slow but i guess he was caught in the moment. is this a example of vaginal tearing because i was fine before , had no signs of nothing else, just this. what do yall think?

note: i have no bumps , just what you see here

    Ouch!! It certainly looks very sore and I think you'll need to see your doctor ASAP as it looks like a bad case of genital herpes, not friction.

    Self care advice

    1. Take some painkillers now- e.g. paracetamol
    2. Apply lignocaine (lidocaine) gel 1% (drugstore/pharmacist) to the sore areas for instant (but temporary) relief
    3. Passing urine hurts? Fill a bath with warm water, sprinkle 2-3 tablespoons cooking salt and mix thoroughly. Sit in the bath and bathe the sores gently. Pee directly in the bath water.
    4. Take things easy- bed rest etc

    The best treatment right now is antiviral medication (aciclovir, valciclovir, etc) so try to see a doctor to get this asap.

      it does not hurt as much as it did when i first got it (only when i clean it but just for a second cause of course itll burn a lil in contact with water , not healed yet) also does not itch, nothing out the ordinary. this popped up right after the sex. had another user confirm it was vaginal tearing. but all and all if i showed you the rest my vagina its perfectly normal. other then bumps by my buttock area i have just shaven there and they look no where near pictures i seen with people with herpes

      sorry for the late response but yes i did. it was vag tearing . i didnt have anything

    That does not look like herpes but do see a doctor for some ointment.

    Hi,

    Agree with Sarah- go to your doctor for advice and assessment.

    I'm still worried you may have herpes. Look carefully at the photos. You see two small superficial ulcers in the mid-third of the right vulva? And also a discete superficial ulcer, also on the right side about 1" out from the large gash? They suggest herpes, not trauma.

    And if the large ulcerated areas were the result of rough sex, I would usually expect the edges to be linear and not inflamed, but in this case you see the edges are inflamed, ragged and irregular. This, too, is suggestive of herpes.

      Hi I have the same problem as well. white ulcers 1 outside and several inside. And the cuts. I need some advice please check my discussion. I cannot go to a doctor until Friday. I have had yeast infection, internal inflammation and hpv in the past. Idk what I'm having right now. if it's yeast infection, I have my past medical prescription. HELP. sharp pains

    hey im having the same problem right now. its been about 5 days now . how long did uu have it for and wat did uu do to treat it? my vagina tears looks like that too
