About 5 months ago, I sucked a lollipop from this girl, I have bumps at the back of my throat, and i have a sore throat that started about a month ago. I have this bump on my tongue and im worried. Im not sure if this is normal. By the way I am an asthmatic and have regular allergies.

Hi, you need to go to the doctor. I don't know about the bumps but the white tongue is the signature of oral thrush (yeast infection). It's frequent to get it from frequent use of steroid inhalers.

I see, then you should see a doctor, this is not typical of std symptoms.

So should I be worried about an STD or is it something like postnasal drip or cobblestone throat?

its just papillae. you probably had some sort of viral infection that made them bigger.
