Is this anal fissures or herpes sores?

i have had diarrhea very bad for awhile, i believe that my butthole is very raw from it. since I have dealt with this before but never this bad. It hurts

to walk, sit, flex my butthole. does this look like herpes or something else? image

    i would get it swabbed and get a blood test now and another in 12 weeks because fissures and herpes go hand in hand and they look and have similar symptoms

    Hello, how long have you had your symptoms? does the soreness come and go or is it more constant?

    Anal herpes can manifest like this, dis you go to a doctor/get it swabbed? Did you receive results?
