Is this anal herpes?

Hello,

About 2 weeks ago I had unprotected sex. I had my period and towards the end of it I was having some irritation around my anal region. I assumed it was just friction from wearing a pads all week. After my period ended I shaved down that way and caused it to get irritated more. (I know, dumb. I wasn’t thinking) it was sore so I decided to check. It’s very red, bumbs, and sores covering that whole region. After about two days, the numbs moved further up to my vaginal region. I believe that a couple of them were bleeding a little. It’s painful to clean or wipe. It’s constantly sore. I’ve had quite a bit of vaginal discharge which hasn’t helped keep that area dry enough to start healing. Google is telling me it’s herpes. I can’t get into see a doctor for another week. Does anyone know if this could be herpes?

Why can't you see a doctor for another week? I would try other clinics, a walk-in, PP or whatever. See a doctor asap and get it swabbed. Doesn't necessarily sound like herpes, but if you want to rule it out.. Also, whatever it is, it's spreading. Best to get that sorted now, not in a week's time.

Thanks! I’m trying to find a clinic. It’s definitely spreading. It unfortunately looks like it’s herpes ( from the pictures I’ve seen). sad Also, after a bowel movement I experienced vaginal bleeding and bleeding from sore.

Do the sores look like ulcers? The way they are gradually spreading from your anus towards your vagina does not sound like herpes to me, plus herpes does not cause vaginal bleeding. How you can get to a doctor soon!

They are ulcers. Very painful. Somewhat oozing(very gross and shiny). Along with small fluid filled bumps(at least they look white like they have fluid).

That sounds very sore and unpleasant. The ulcers themselves seem like they could be herpes, but the rest is somewhat atypical. There are some infections that can pass for herpes, so it's difficult and not advisable to self-diagnose. A swab test done asap would confirm things, though. That was meant to say hope in my last post, btw, not how! Are you able to get to an emergency clinic?

I will be going to a clinic first thing in the morning! Thanks. Hopefully it’s not what I think it is.
