I've been itching for a few days and I noticed these red patches. It itches pretty bad at times. With my first outbreak the internal ones didnt look like this nor itch. They were circular and I barely noticed them. Any idea if this is an outbreak? (my external sores with my first outbreak didnt itch until they started to heal)

I didn't see any sores to think it's a herpes infection. But extreme itchiness and white, thick vaginal discharge are common symptoms of a vaginal yeast infection

I started a YI treatment. it's not as itchy now. I do have a heavy discharge but it's not chunky.
