I have been facing panic attacks using straline now also having good times almost no panic attacks but there is a fear eventually comes lot of fears like i m gonna die. Have weird feelings

When I was in my teens I was the same, I felt I would not reach my twenty first birthday, when I reached that date I thought given my luck I would never reach thirty five. This went on until my fiftees. By that time I was not going to get my OAP, well I am sixty six in a few days time, I have my pension and I am looking up to my seventees. I never thought I would reach this age and I look back onto some of my peers who have sad to say gone.
Personally I have given up on my concerns of death, the amount of time worrying was a waste of time. When it is my call of come in number ten tha will be it, I just cannot do anything about it.
Stop worrying, no-one knows their destiny, we go when we go
