I have a ridiculous amount of symptoms so aplogies in advance!
Slight headache (comes & goes)
Vacant episodes
Popping ears / tinnitus
Severe heartburn
Jitters (all over my body, 24/7 - I can't emphasise this enough, they NEVER go away!)
Weakness
Vidible Twitches - about 30 times a day
Fatigue
As far as I'm concerened, I'm not anxious or stressed, however I googled my symptoms and was greeted with Motor Neurons Disease!! Now I AM anxious!! My dymptoms have not worsened or improved. Been feeling like this for over 8 months, constant. I have not had a "well" day since sypmtons began. Is this how anxiety works?? Many thanks

Omg it's like reading about myself. I too have twitches, spasms, tingling sore shoulders fatigue etc.looked up these symptoms and discovered mnd. I lost my mind and some days really convinced myself that I have it. IF it's not this it's some form of cancer.it's taken over my life and I google constantly sometimes countles times a day. I'M hoping for reassurance but it makes me worse.I'm always at doctors and they tell me it's anxiety, but I think what if their wrong. I understand exactly where your coming from and send you big hugs and listen to advice om a fellow sufferer. don't Google xxxx

Some days, when I feel marginally better, I think "it's ok, I'm blowing things out of proportion, i'm fine" but then the next day, I feel horrid again, the twitches are ridiculous and I'm convinced I have some awful disease and literally days to live!! I hate living like this - just want to go back to "normal"!! Xx

You have a anxiety and panic disorder. Very common symotoms. Horrible, painful but common.therapy a lot of learning and self calming skills and possible medicine to get you to a functional place. Start with a full physcial with your GP and be open and hinest whats going on. This surprisingly is manegable.its not fun ever but you slowly learn to manage it. Never ignore all this it wont "pass" and be gone. You have to out in the work here.
anxiety attacks mimic almost all the terrible illnesses. They encompass 70% of the body. So Dr. Google is worthless here.
