    Hi Ashley

Sorry you’re having a tough time. It definitely sounds like anxiety which is worrying about things and sometimes getting physical symptoms like nausea, shaking, tension headaches, dizziness, heart palpitations, sweating and other symptoms too.

From the brief info you’ve given it sounds like your anxiety is specifically related to your health (health anxiety) which is quite common and can be treated (if necessary) by cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) which you can get through your GP.

Here’s a link to a really good website that has health anxiety resources -

    http://www.cci.health.wa.gov.au/docs/Health%20Anxiety%20Module%201.pdf

But speak to your GP as I could be

    wrong about the health anxiety.

    Good luck x

Hi Ashlee, Yes, anxiety can play tricks on the mind ... dizziness, stomach aches... headaches are very common among people with anxious thoughts about their health. I am one of them. I never read or listen to anything about cancer... because my illness is not health related...it is psychosommatic . I would think that half or more of the population has this because the news, magazines, etc. always has "cancer" in it. Try to stay away from anything that will trigger these symptoms. I am praying for you xx
