Is this anxiety

hi all ive recently been experiencing tight chest and chest pain , constant palpitations my chest feel numb as if it isnt my chest and i have headaches too ? does this sound like anxiety ?

    It is symptoms of anxiety yes. Have you been to the GP to be checked over anyway? Might be worth it if you haven't just to put your mind at ease, then you can tackle the anxiety.

      hi yes ive had a ECG as i thought it was my heart but my ECG was normal so im unsure what these symptoms could be
