Is this anxiety

Lately I have been having several medical problems which are Sleeping Problems Weight Loss Breathing Problems Muscle Twitches and more than normal visits to the loo for a Pee.I wondered if these could all be connected through anxiety. The twitching and the sleeping problems started at similar times.I went onto the NHS website to see what would cause muscle twitches and MS came up and once that was in my mind I suddenly had MS .I had health problems last summer and after numerous visits to A&E was told it was probably stress or anxiety so I booked some sessions of acupuncture and that seemed to sort it out,Any advice appreciated.

the twitching is very common with anxiety and stress. I have had that on and off for over 30 years. Athletes get that also very often. sleeping issues can also be related to anxiety. Don’t look things up online because they usually don’t give the most common reasons for symptoms.

however I recommend that if you haven’t had a physical exam in a while, it’s important to do.. it will also give you peace of mind.

Thank's jan34534 for your reply I have just been looking in the NHS website again and it is possible I could have a overactive Thyroid which has all my symptoms.I have managed to get a doctors appointment this Wednesday so will ask him for his opinion.Although I still think it is anxiety.
