Is this anxiety or depression?

I was laying down this morning and I had an anxiety attack all the way up until I I fell asleep last night. Suddenly I had this thought about what life was and I was thinking about how people can see and stuff and then suddenly my mind flickered to 'I don't enjoy my life' there was more to the thought than that but I feel off and anxious now, had this happened to anyone else?? (I'm sorry I've been posting a ton I want to talk to people for some experience and see if mine is similar to make me feel a little better.)

I've been experiencing a severe lack of wantint to do anything or feeling anything emotional, as I'm numb and unable to experience any pleasure comfort or joy.  I also feel physically sick and keep thinking about dying.  I've been this way for a while but recently felt worse as I can't sleep at all at night.  I suspect this may be due to a recent medication change and must consult my dr to see if I can switch back.  There is a word to describe when you don't feel any joy or pleasure no matter what you do, the word is Anhedonia, or lack of pleasure and it is a condition that often coincides depression and severe anxiety.

I have anxiety every day, can hardly do anything went to the movies and had trouble watching it. Will it go away after my anxiety is better?

That's what I want but my parents say they won't give me it and that I just 'need to want to be happy' that's what I want all the time...

Yes. Mine did. It took two and a half years and a ton of anti-depressants but I'm happy again now, whilst when going through anhedonia couldn't even get out of bed.

Actually, I must be fair and say PROBABLY. Just because I got better, it doesn't mean that everyone will, but I have known a lot of people who have got their joy of living back after going through some truly terrible times. All the Best.

You can go to the GP without telling your parents (unless you're under sixteen) so don't let your parents stop you. Just don't tell them. The GP won't tell them, eithere -confidentiality.
