Is this anxiety or what? My esophagus feels tender, like I can feel it and I can make it touch my he

I'm been in my head a lot over the last 8 months, slowly coming out ofit
by meditating, sleeping better, hydrating myself, resting when I need to.
However for now here's what I feel.
I can almost move my esophagus from the inside
like the entrace to it I can open and close it, like where my throat meets it
So imageine holding your breath and then contracting it, like squeezing it, with your stomach. I notice that this causes me to feel tightness and alsolike my heart
this causes palpitatins and then when I stop doing this I feel normal and my heart beat goes back to normal.
I feel the shakes inside, like my organis, including my esophagus tremor out of anxiety and so they are almost like extra inflammed and sensitive to things toughing it and I can feel it now more than ever. Like if I don't bit my food and swallow it and it is half way down and I have to get a drink of water to move it down, I can feel it against my heart almost or esophagus.
When I'm not stressed, I don't feel this
It's amazing how stress and anxiety can manifest in actual physiological symptoms.
I've heard of GERD and of Esophageal spasms and esophagitis or something but I don't have pain. I can also swallow my food completely.
It could be GERD or something because of stress but not sure.
I just feel my insides more and like sometimes when I gulp down a big volume of water I get a heart palpitation or a bite of something without chewing it properly.
I can fel it , hit the nerve or something in my esophagus and that cauuses me to feel a tightness and a quick heart palpitation. I think this has to do with the vagus nerve being irritated or someting due to stress or anxiety.
Just wondering if anyone has experienced this or what you think it is?
