Is this Anxiety? Pls help!

I've been continuously diagnosed with Anxiety, Health Anxiety. I have this fear of psychosis, which many psychiatrists and therapists kept saying that is not reasonable. Bcs they think I have Anxiety.
The symptom that is bothering me lately, besides derealisation feeling, is the mistakes that I make while talking. For example instead of saying "doctor", I say "director" to my doctor. Everytime I meet someone I kind of get super anxious (even though I dont feel like it) and I lose myself in the conversation: I make mistakes, its hard for me to keep the convo going, Im not fully concentrated, its like super exhausting having a normal conversation. I wanted to ask u if anybody else experienced this, and if this is a symptom of anxiety only.

sounds like anxiety. Having trouble when you talk is extremely common with anxiety. And feeling very anxious when meeting somebody. That has happened to me many times when I would get tongue twisted or say something wrong. It has nothing to do with psychosis. it happens because with anxiety, the mind is going so fast all the time and words can come out wrong and we can feel very anxious. Even if we don’t think we are very anxious, there is an underlying anxiety that we may not be aware of.
MANY people on this site have that happened to them also. All anxiety related!
just try to relax your mind as best you can. When I do that and slow down, things come out better than I am saying. take a few slow deep breath‘s. You’re going to be just fine. !
