Is this any yeast infection or genital psoriasis ?

Can i check if this look like a genital psoriasis ?

this was after 2 days of 0.5% hydrocortisone and it seems getting better but I can't confirm the diagnosis and this was killing me be because my appointment for dermatology is on Dec.

there is no itch, no pain , nothing other than redness and abit of peeling but after 1weeks of hydrocortisone it seems 70% better.

I'm not sure if this was a yeast infection or psoriasis.

anyone can help? I'm very anxious over this.

    most probably fungal like yeast usually causes peeling skin psoriasis causes circular patches of dry scaly skin that flakes

      It's was in circular individual patch but it acrually form up into a big patch . I really hope someone able to relate this
