Is this anything I should be concerned about?

imageI'm about to go to the doctor soon but i just wanted someone's opinion in the meantime.

i have two marks on my penis, one is flesh colored with a lighter outline and the other is a reddish black outline around a small dot. and in this area its generally dry and has a different texture. None of the marks are raised, no pain or burning during urination. I noticed it a month ago, but it hasn't gone away.
