I have the same thing. Without pain, only a little dribbling and drip

    How did you get it?

I have 5 months with this and I havent found the cure yet.

    I tried with:

    Fluconazole

    Clotrimazole +Betametzone (cream)

    Doxycicline

For the moment nothing has been succesfull But im optimistic.

I dont have any dribbling or drip. I really have no idea how i got this or how it started. I do masturbate about 3 times a week and thought maybe it was because of that. I've stopped masturbating. I put on Clotrimazole morning and overnight going on 5 days now of that. I hope you heal soon as I also am optimistic. Is your redness also at the tip of your penis like mine? pic?

Danny, can I just understand where the location of your redness is that you are talking about: has the Doctor mentioned that you have urethritis? Are you meaning across the entire head (the glans) of your penis? On the rim of the head, or simply around your pee-hole, the urethra?

yes. ty for your reply. its just at the tip (pee hole) area. The doctor said it appeared to be balantitis. I did a urine analysis and a urine culture. both came back fine no bacteria on culture. i did clamydia and ghonnerrea tests but are negative. The doctor also said it could also be a yeast infection?

How do I get tested for urethritis?

Balanitis is just used as a term to describe the symptoms that can be seen - in this case it is not a specific condition. Usually urine analysis would show urethritis - but the issue is this can also be linked to the presence of something like chlamydia or a yeast or other bacterial infection.

Have you been sexually active in the last 6 to 8 months? If so, do you have 1 regular partner, or different sex partners? If you have 1 regular partner, have they had to deal with a yeast or bacterial infection recently.

      .

To understand the link between sexual related infections it may be useful to search for the page I detail below - we cannot post external med links of here so you need to do your own search, here are the terms

it has got some what better. I actually stopped masturbating and no sex for 2 weeks then I noticed an improvement. So, I started slowly masturbating again only this time with lube or a condom. NO IRRITATION happened. I also started to eat better , lots of water and no processed foods. Here is what my penis looks like today.
