Dear john,
This is likely to be genital herpes; your photo shows a number of superficial ulcers that would support the diagnosis. Try to see your doctor to confirm this, preferably with a herpes (HSV) DNA swab. Medication (aciclovir) is available; for now just take some painkillers like paracetamol and wash the area gently with warm salt water.
You should also get tested for other STDs.
Rgds,
Adhari.

Thanks for the answer, I would go to the doctor as soon as the lockdown ends or if its possible to go even if there's one.
Another question do you have any assumptions how could I have gotten this, because I never had sex once.

??? In that case I would have to revise my diagnosis.
An alternative diagnosis is shingles (herpes zoster). Do you have a similar painful rash on any other part of your genitals?
If you explain this to the doctor that you're a virgin but have this rash, ask him to test you for both herpes zoster and herpes simplex DNA.

I don't have rashes elsewhere, I'll just accept that this is herpes of some kind although genital herpes is the closest when I looked at Google images
Thank you for diagnosis
