Is this brain fog?

I’ve been having this kind of detached feeling, like no connection with myself or anything/ anyone. its very hard to explain the feeling, it’s like I’m here still not here kind of experience,. is this called brain fog?

    I wouldn't classify that as brain fog. The detached feeling that you have, I've experienced, and it's horrible, so you have my sympathy. It's like you feel flat, detached, totally separate from anything that even resembles life! Brain fog is more where your mind doesn't work: you can think straight, you lose you train of thought mid-sentence. For me, it's like someone has taken my brain out, and there's nothing there. I just can't think.

      i hate brain fog, it makes me feel like my brain is turned off x

    bev has described it absolutely spot on thats exactly how it is. i felt it many times and still do but only for a short while now do hang on in there it will pass

    Yes I've got major brain fog. I'm making so many mistakes with work emails!
