Is this brown spot hpv? Located near a cluster of smaller spots which the doctor said isn't hpv

ive had hpv for nearly 3 years now in December - loosing hope.

ive been using condyline since march and its helped clear up other warts but theyve came back in time, overall its helped to supress them.

however i have phimosis so the condyline has been making my foreskin tear in the area shown in the picture and as a result ive been getting clusters and small spots, like oil blockages or forcyde spots but theyre skin colour (doc didnt think it was hpv)

but recently ive noticed the brown spot as you can see in the picture - it looks a lot different to the hpv wart i have on my shaft but its still worrying me.

im getting an appointment booked next week or tomorrow but its not been easy with covid
