Is this cancer? , help, i am scared

About 11 months ago this came out. It seems to me that it has grown very little. It does not give me any symptoms, can it be the beginning of Erythroplasia of Queyrat or some type of cancer? The area is very bright, it contrasts with the rest of the glans. I am 20 years. I had stable sexual relations with my

ex girlfriend for 3 years. I must say that before my hygiene was not correct.imageimageimageimageimageimageimage

    Hi

The chances of this being a cancerous condition at your age is extremely low. For example in the UK only a few hundred people a year are diagnosed with it and are usually well over the age of 50.

This should be checked by a doctor to rule put cancer plus any pre cancerous conditions that might arise in the future.

The psychological effect that this is probably having on you concerns me more than the issue itself - time to get it checked!

Jay, thanks so much for your reply. You are absolutely right, what causes me psychologically is horrendous, I do not sleep. As soon as this quarantine is over, I will go to the urologist and the psychologist. I wish you the best bro!

buddy...relax..don't just jump straight to the worst possible situation, a friend of mine had something similar...doctors were telling him it's a "penis canker sore" 😅, he had it for almost 2 years, also he started experiencing tongue numbness, eventually he took a flucanazole tablet (for yeast infections/thrush)..and the next day it stared looking better, the bump on the tip of his penis and his tongue that is.
