Hello, I just turn turn 30 and i have a few health concerns. i have a few bumps that popped up on my skin, some I had for a while and others are new. I'm not sure what they are. If anyone can help give me an idea what it could possibly be? Do you think it might be cancerous or a wart? I'm not sure. hoping for neither

It looks similar to a wart. is the black area filled with little black dots?. also you may need to hydrate your hands with some E45 cream, they look very dry 😃
