IS THIS CAUSE IF A YEAST INFECTION? someone please help

this didnt come from sex, its probably because i had used a finished puff bar plus as a dildo, cause i was being stupid and idk if there was any juices left in it, but all i know is that i had a sudden irritation in my vagina, and i found these bumps in my opening. but before i even saw these bumps i saw gritty like discharge, it was white specks no smell. and ive never seen anything like it before. someone tell me if this goes away on its own or what i can do fix it. help me outimage

    The images won't load, but the purpose of discharge is to keep the vagina clean and rinse away unwanted guests such as fungi and bacteria, might be that.

      Lmfaooo it was actually lychee ice, and i hope the image loads, this doesnt look normal because i always look at my vagina . it hurts to even open it this wide, rn i dont feel any irritation but when i touch it or try to clean it hurts. and one side has alot more bumps than the other side which isnt normal for my vagina image
