is this chrons? im in agony and doctors wont do any tests

Hiya am a 22 year old female and have been havin pretty bad lower left abdominal pains for a few days.. i went to bed one night fine and woke up half way through the night in pain.. if i lay really still im not in pain but when i move it really hurts.. i know this might sound vile but when i go tho the toilet and push its extremley painful..  but aftarwards when ive been if i push again its less painful buy still hurts.. also when i let off wind i feel it like it moves through me where the pain os but that dosnt happen every time... it is very painful to press on the area where it hurts and ghere is also mucus when i wipe myself.. but to sum it up this pain hirts with movement.. even little things like being in a car really hurts..  please does any of this sound similar or could it be something else

    Hiya sorry your in pain.  Firstly does the pain coincide with you over doing it, muscle strain?  Have you been in contact with any one who's had any type of stomach bug? Are there any lumps around there. Did the doctor feel your stomach run any blood tests to check for an infection? If not I suggest you get back to doctors and ask for these tests, if they say no, ask them what they think it is.  Why do you think crohns? Do you have a family history, or any other autoimmune diseases? Is there gallbladder disease in family any other symptoms leading up to it? All of this information needs to be given to doctor.  If the pain becomes unbearable get yourself up to a and e they prob won't admit you but will give you decent pain relief.  The most non-invasive test you can have to determine if their is inflammation is a faecal calprotectin test, this has to be done with a microbe test to rule out bugs

      Hiya.. no the pain dosnt come with me overdoing it... its just hurts anytime i move... i have had blood tests but that was when i was in a&e but not exactly sure what they were checking for... all they said to me was that my pregnancy hormone was low... they thought i may be having an ectopoc pregnancy bit ive had a scan and no ectopic pregnancy.. i havnt been in contact with anyone with a stomach bug either... i had this same pain around 8 months ago...happened exactly the same... woke me up in the night and dissapeared within the week... i had no answers then either.. the reaso i suspected chrons is because every doctor i spoke to when at a&e asked me if i had any family history of chrons...wich i do no... but made me think that thats what they suspect it could be... im not constipated and im not havin dioreha so not sure what the problem is... just wanting other peoples knowledge and experience with something similar really as my doctor is more than useless sad unfortunately
