Recently had intercourse with partner. Hes my only partner and we have had no other sexual encounters so I dont think its an std. please help, its itchy and irritated

It could be dermatitis or some irritation, but it could also be some fungal infection, hard to say based on these photos. Has it cleared in the meantime?
