Is this ever going to get better?!

currently suffering my first herpes outbreak-i'm now 5 days in and don't know how much more i can take! the blisters are red raw and constantly oozing pus. they are sticking together, how are they ever going to heal and scab over?! anti viral medication, pain relief and lidocaine don't feel like they have even touched me. im struggling to walk and peeing is something i have to hype myself up for and then bite down on a towel while im doing it, i don't think i can go on much longer. when will this get better?!
