Is this fibromyalgia?

I've been having left sided facial pain for about a month now. Also, headaches which make my head feel very heavy and some pressure in the ears.

A few days ago, my left hand started feeling heavy but it resolved the next day. Ever since, I've had random aches in my arms, legs, pelvis and feet. The aches last a few seconds and go away. This happens a few times everyday.

I've been very anxious the past few months due to my gastritis.

Could these aches/pains be related to anxiety? Or is it fibromyalgia?
