Is this Fibromylagia??

Help! I have tension like pain in my upper body. Especially my left shoulder, arm, elbow, neck like behind my ear. when worse it spreads to the back of my neck, between shoulder blades, my right shoulder and arm. And at times my left knee hurts. My lower back hurts when I stretch. My legs feel tired and restless and I have a mild swelling on my ankles. I have generalized fatigue. Sometimes I feel tingles on the left side of my face and a pain in my left butt!

I also suffer from GERDS and have a Hiatal Hernia, which my doctor says doesn't not need to be operated. I am so tired of this pain! At times all this upper body pain makes me feel like I have heart issues though my BP has been normal. When the GERDS and Hernia act up, it makes me feel like I'm a goner!

Does cold weather make fibromylagia pain worse??
