Is this Folliculitis or an std or acne??

so I'm not sure what these bumps are... they have been here for about 2 weeks and itch sometimes but they're not painful but and I don't notice them really. They just went to my butt area the other day. I've never had anything like this before and I've had sex with someone without protection four months ago ( thought we were using protection but it broke and he "didn’t know"). I did get a new razor, the flamingo brand, which did a really close cut clean shave. Also, my job is outside so I have been sweating a lot so this could just be acne since I do have acne prone skin. I have an appointment with my gyno in a few weeks but I'd like some piece of mind if its folliculitis, acne, or an std.

This looks like skin irritated because of the shaving, doesn't seem like STD.

thats what i was thinking and it went away after i stopped using all my new products! should i just cancel my appointment for my gyno?

If it all went away and you have no issues - you might want to schedule the appointment and go for your regular checkup when it's due. If you have any concerns - then go for the visit. If you want a second opinion you can always share the more recent photos in the forum.

it might be molluscum contagiosum, i suggest you read/see pictures about it and explore yourself more to compare.
