I have been diagnosed with folliculitis before on my rear end but it was always little red bumps. Well it has become uncomfortable to sit again so I looked in the mirror and theres no bumps. The is red spots here and there between my legs, on my butt and genitals. I just finished a round of antibiotics a month ago.
