Usually friction burn goes away or reduces after abstaining from masturbation for 4-5 days.

If hasn't change in 4-5 days then it's possible it's something else.

thank you - do you think it looks like anything else?

can't say anything. it could be fungal infection or just some type of akin irritation. Get it checked from a dermatologist.

Agree with har, give this time to heal, abstain from masturbation and sex for up to 3 weeks if it persists for longer than 5 days.

If you are applying anything regularly such as a skin cream or some sort of oil stop using these for 3 months at least.

Most issues clear quicker if you do not apply soap or other forms of body wash directly to your penis, such as shower gel - simply use water for cleaning for the 3 week period at least. Take care to completely dry the area each time you shower or wash your penis.

It is impossible to tell whether healing is taking place - first you need to remove the cause of the problem - penile skin is unlike skin elsewhere on the body, it takes much longer for healing to take place, and this can only happen when the conditions that promote this are present.

Again, if symptoms persist after 3 weeks, or worsen seek the advice of a Dermatologist ....

thank you for your response can I ask does it look like a wart?

Warts do not look anything like this - it is more like a friction burn.

From rubbing the penis with a cloth or some form of material as a way of stimulating the penis, or using some type of artificial vagina, particularly a DIY made one are the most typical causes of friction burns.
