is this from a yeast infection or herpes??

could these be from a yeast infection or is it something worse like herpes? ive been battling a yeast infection for 3 days now and my doctor told me to use otc monistat for a few days. i have finished the 3 day treatment but still have uncomfortability and now i have these cuts!! im so worried ive been with the same boy for 7 years and this is stressful imageimage

    i have HSV type 1 and it looks exactly like this. but please write back what the doc says. These viruses can be dormant it doesnt mean anyone was unfaithful they can be in the body a very long time. youll get through this, its the same as a cold sore
