Is this genital herpes??

imageAbout two days ago my vagina started itching. When i looked at it, my skin seemed to be peeling. I was able to peel off a piece of skin from my labia minora. Yesterday when I looked at it, it looked like this. It is very painful when I urinate. I don't have any of the flu like symptoms that come with herpes though. I've been with the same guy for three months and didn't notice anything until now. Can someone please help me?! I also have an abnormal amount of discharge, but it doesn't have an odor. image

hi I am sorry to say that does look like a herpes outbreak. I myself had the same experience an mine looked like that. I had no flu like symptoms an had a regular partner never had an issue before but the last time we were together a few days later I had the burning an itchy an just thought it was bv. I took a shower an scrubbed a lil to hard an broke the skin with turned to the blisters an I went to get it swabbed an my test came back positive for herpes. if u can go get check at a clinic or your doc asap

i know you posted few months back but if you see this please go get your blood drawn and don't just take the doctors "word" for it. it may have gone away for now but that doesn't guarantee you do not have it. its better to be safe and happy. 😊

Pour water on your vagina when you pee it will help with the burning/pain. Try to get on valtrex asap if you cant see a doctor you can maybe get a px online from a tele doc. Dermaplast helps with the itchiness. Look up home remedies. Also epson bath salts help, they also sell a little bath soak thing you put in the toilet so you can soak your vagina if you dont want to take a full bath. Dont touch your vagina without gloves you can get a whitlow. You are highly infectious right now. . You probably got it from your boyfriend its possible he could of been a silent carrier and passed it on to you. Both of you should take an igg test. Or its possible he transfered it to you orally . So many factors.

It looks highly probable. You should see a doctor ASAP to get those sores swabbed, and get a medication from your doctor such as Valtrex to fight off the outbreak, if he or she does indeed think it's herpes.
