I've had oral sex 4 days ago and today I noticed this, is this something to be concerned of ?

The whitish lumps on the corona of your glans are pearly penile papules, which are harmless and common in uncircumcised men. They appear in circumcised men too.
The bumps on the underside of the glans look like Tyson's glands, but I can't be sure.
See a doctor for your own peace of mind..
